At Louie Behavioral Insights, we create frameworks that enhance educational and clinical experiences for students, educators, parents, caregivers, and mental health professionals. We focus on dynamic engagement, authentic communication, and evidence-based practices from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create positive outcomes for all involved.

Established by Samantha Hancock, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience, our focus is to develop operational frameworks and training programs that empower educators and clinicians to improve  practices for meaningful outcomes. Samantha’s expertise in fostering inclusion and collaboration has shaped district-wide protocols for district-level, school-wide, and student-facing teams, ensuring all involved receive the support they need to succeed. Her background includes developing policies and providing ongoing education for Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), as well as implementing Applied Behavior Analysis principles in the classroom setting. She is dedicated to leveraging her extensive knowledge to provide valuable insights that enhance the delivery of ABA services, ensuring that quality and compliance standards remain fundamental values for educators and clinicians alike.
